• Low season is from 01 Feb to 30 Jun. High season is from 01 Jul to 31 Jan.
• Rates are valid to 31 December 2008, per villa for the number of guests and bedrooms shown
• Rates are GST inclusive and in Australian Dollars (Currency Converter)
• Rates include full use of all run of house facilities.
• NOTE: Please be advised that private parties or functions require approval from management prior to confirming a reservation.

Deposits: A non refundable deposit of one nights accommodation is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable on departure. Cancellation fees will apply to any booking cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations due to unforseen circumstances.

Transfers: Airport transfers can easily be arranged at a rate of $55.00 each way (2 persons). Transfers available for up to 16 guests - price on aplication.

Corporate Rental

Long term corporate rental (3-6 months) are charged at a weekly rate of:

• 2 Bedroom Penthouse - $1500.00 per week
• 4 Bedroom Pool Villa - $1800.00 per week
